Newspaper Referenda Article Cites Proposed UMaine Lab

An article in the coastal Penobscot Bay Press about how general obligation bonds would be used should voters approve the referendum Question 2 next month notes that $7.8 million would be used to build a new a biologically secure animal and plant diagnostic facility at UMaine.
