WPES faculty co-hosts water cycle research session at Geological Society of America Meeting in March 2025

Please consider participation in a technical session at the 2025 Joint Northeastern-Central Meeting of the Geological Society of America hosted by affiliates of the Northeast Water Cycle Center and focused on water cycle research in the Northeast. 

The meeting is scheduled to take place March 27-30 in Erie Pennsylvania. A description of the session is provided below. The abstract deadline is December 17

T24. Northeast Water Cycle Research: Collaborative Studies of Watershed Processes to Address Water Resource Challenges in a Changing Climate

Description: This session focuses on research documenting impacts from climate variability to components of the water cycle with attention to how the research can address water resources sustainability challenges. We encourage early career and student participation and welcome topics on all project phases, from research planning to outcomes and science communication.
