Why can’t I pre-register?

Our pre-registration form is closed at this time. But you can register on the day of the event. 

Where can I park?

If you are an on-campus student, faculty, or staff person you can park as you normally would when coming to campus.

If you are a visitor to campus we have parking available in the Belgrade Lot right next to the Collins Center for the Arts. It’s marked and will have an attendant. 

When should I arrive?

Our doors open at 8:30 am. We hope that you can arrive early and enjoy our opening ceremony. Make sure to stay for all our programing, research, and creative activity. Judging begins at 9:30 am throughout the Collins Center and 1944 Hall.

Who will be attending UMSS23?

Because this event is free and open to the public, we encourage the community to attend. Faculty, Staff, and Students from UMaine and other campuses, sponsors, legislators, and business leaders will also be in attendance.
