We our a fraternity here on campus since 1907. We are a brotherhood offering a family away from home for those who join. We support are philanthropy of the United Service Organization as well as many other local charities and facilities in the area through community service.

Tri Delta is one of eight National Panhellenic Council sororities at UMaine. We offer a tightknit sisterhood for UMaine women to join and value truth, self-sacrifice, and friendship. We are the executive leaders of the UMaine sorority life. We plan events and oversee the events of the chapters on campus.

Lambda Pi Eta serves the undergraduates in the Department of Communication and Journalism at the University of Maine. It hosts events every semester like storytelling competitions, career-development seminars, study sessions, peer advising, and graduate school information sessions. With biweekly meetings throughout the semester, Lambda Pi Eta is a fundamental pillar in the communication department.

The Interfraternity council acts as a bridge between Greek Life and other organizations around campus. We work with administration to plan what the future of the Greek community will be like here at the University.

Sigma Alpha Lambda is a national leadership and honors organization dedicated to recognizing members for academic achievements, engaging members in community service, and developing leadership skills. Service is the foundation of our club.

Sorority.

This organization organizes and represents the Fraternities on campus. As and IFC we help with Fall and Spring Recruitment for Fraternities, set up philanthropies, work to provide service opportunities, and help students grow as leaders on campus.

UMaine’s chapter of Sigma Alpha Lambda strives towards reaching and maintaining academic success, improving leadership skills, and working with our community. We are currently participating in leadership workshops and working with Feeding America to raise donations to help those around us. We also develop study skills and are always connecting with each other!
