Building Empathy to Support Students
Middle school students are socially driven. They yearn to be connected to the adults and peers around them. However, they need support to develop the capacities required for positive relationships. During this session, we’ll explore effective ways to build skills in understanding, appreciating, and empathizing with others. Discuss tools and strategies that foster these skills and lead to more positive and productive classrooms.
