Jenny Lynch
Manages the accounting for Letter of Credit (LOC) projects. Prepares interim and final financial reports as required by sponsors. This would include SF-425s and SF-270s. Works with UMS Accounting to reconcile final financial report balances with Federal draw-downs as well as requesting the closeout of project accounts in GL. Coordinates transferring of cost-share funds to and from departmental units. Oversees the entry of new project budgets in GL for LOC projects. Assists faculty with current award balances and carry-forward amounts. Processes budget reallocation requests and obtains sponsor acknowledgment and approval when necessary. Reviews cost transfers for LOC projects and help provide guidance on the allowability of expenses
