Kara O’Donnell RN, MSN, SAFE-A

Bio: I graduated from the University of Maine School of Nursing with my BSN in 2016 and my MSN in 2021. I have been teaching for the School of Nursing as an adjunct faculty since Fall 2017 and as a full-time lecturer since Fall 2021. I have over 7 years of experience as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department and I am certified through the State of Maine as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner – Adult/Adolescent (SAFE-A). I live in Bangor with my husband and children. My nursing and clinical  interests include community and population health, emergency and forensic nursing.
