How You Can Submit an OTM

There are two ways that you can submit an OTM award; through the NACURH NRHH website or  through our NRHH chapter!

When submitting an OTM through the NACURH website, you will choose either, “General Category” for the Personal OTM or “Program Category” for the Program OTM, in the top left corner. The website will then prompt you to choose your university and will follow with all the questions you need to answer for the selected OTM. 

If you are new to OTM writing or would like us to help you write one, fill out either the Program or Individual OTM forms below! We will review the information and email you the final OTM before submitting it. This allows us to help you with your recognition and it takes some weight off your shoulders. Plus with our help, your OTM could end up in the running for a national award!

Incorporate OTM Writing in Your Department

If you would like to implement OTM writing into your department, we can help you directly by holding an OTM writing workshop! This workshop will go through the submission process, topics to include in your OTM writing, and getting the most detail in your OTM without exceeding word limits.
