WABI interviews Brewer on Trump conviction
WABI (CBS 5 in Bangor) interviewed Mark Brewer, professor and chair of the University of Maine Department of Political Science, following the conviction of former President Donald Trump. Brewer said probation and fines are more likely than jail time, but his felony conviction doesn’t impact his ability to run in the 2024 presidential election. It may have an impact on how he can travel to campaign, Brewer added.
