News Center highlights UMaine engineering collaboration with John Bapst
News Center Maine highlighted the collaboration between the Maine College of Engineering and Computing at the University of Maine and John Bapst Memorial High School in Bangor as part of UMS TRANSFORMS. High school students are researching ways to prevent and treat vision loss from glaucoma with students and faculty from the college and industry leading professionals. “This is a big problem that requires many disciplines to come together to try to find an effective solution,” said college Dean Giovanna Guidoboni.
