Maine media report on UMaine collaboration for outdoor recreation economy
Mainebiz and WGME (Channel 13 in Portland) reported on the partnership between the University of Maine, Maine Outdoor Brands and the Maine Office of Outdoor Recreation to initiate the Maine Outdoor Recreation Economy Roadmap. The roadmap is intended to analyze the value of the outdoor economy in Maine, give attention to diverse sectors of the state’s outdoor recreation economy, strategize how to grow and diversify the outdoor economy and create additional partnerships.
