Nadeau named national collegiate hockey player of the month
University of Maine men’s hockey freshman forward Josh Nadeau has been named the Hockey Commissioners’ Association National Player of the Month.
Nadeau, who was named the Hockey East Player of the Month earlier this week and was recognized as the Player of the Week on Dec. 4, is the first Maine player to earn a national monthly award since Spencer Abbott was named the National Player of the Month for December 2011.
