WMTW interviews Glover about inmate voting

Robert Glover, associate professor of political science and honors at the University of Maine, spoke with WMTW (Channel 8 in Portland) about inmates being able to vote in Maine. “I think that reflects Maine’s political culture,” said Glover, “the fact that we have this kind of expansive system of voting where even people who are incarcerated have the right to vote. It’s really a privilege, I think, to work in Maine.” WABI (Channel 5) shared the WMTW story.
