Q106.5 notes UMaine record for largest 3D-printed item

Q106.5 FM reported that the University of Maine holds the record for the largest solid 3D-printed item. The boat, 3Dirigo, was printed at UMaine’s Advanced Structures and Composites Center in 2019 using what was at that time the largest prototype polymer 3D printer.
