Centralmaine.com, Mount Desert Islander highlights stories from the sea talk
Centralmaine.com and the Mount Desert Islander shared a University of Maine media release about the Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions’ talk on stories from the sea and what they reveal about Maine fishing communities from 3–4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2. Marine Extension Associate Natalie Springuel of Maine Sea Grant will talk about bringing life back to these stories so they can be useful for decision-making, community development and cultural heritage today.
