TRJ covers UMaine senior at Waldo County GOP gathering
Abby Bennett, a University of Maine senior recently elected secretary of the College Republican National Committee, was mentioned in The Republican Journal story about young leaders changing the public face of the Waldo County Republicans. “The Republican Party can be the party of young people — the party and its ideals are the most representative of my generation,” Bennett told a recent Waldo County GOP gathering in Belfast. “We are more prevalent on campus than we often realize.”
