BDN publishes op-ed by Butler, Schreiber
The Bangor Daily News published the opinion piece “How a welfare fraud crowd pleaser actually inflicts real damage” by University of Maine professors Sandra Butler and Holly Schreiber. Butler, a professor of social work, and Schreiber, a professor of communication, are members of the Maine chapter of the national Scholars Strategy Network, which brings together scholars across the country to address public challenges and their policy implications. Members’ columns appear in the BDN every other week.
