The Bangor Daily News reported on a newly opened business by Alison Keane, a recent MBA graduate from the University of Maine. Keane, an Eddington resident who grew up in Brewer, is now the president and founder of the Logical Sip Cafe & Bakery in Brewer, according to the article. Keane began writing her business plan for the bakery over a year ago, the article states. “I love to bake and it’s always been a hobby, but it’s never really been more than that.
