TV Report on Maine NEW Leadership
Bangor TV station WVII covered the closing ceremony of this year’s Maine NEW Leadership initiative, which is sponsored by UMaine’s Margaret Chase Smith Policy Center. UMaine President Paul Ferguson attended the commencement ceremony for the program, which gives female college students an opportunity to learn networking and leadership skills. The report also included comments from Mary Cathcart, a senior policy associate at the center.
