Water problem interrupting power, Internet
UMaine facilities crews are in Estabrooke Hall Friday morning, dealing with issues caused by water in the basement. Power has been cut off there to facilitate repairs, but also causing the loss of network service on the south side of campus. Service should resume at approximately 9 a.m. A failed gasket in a water heater caused the problem.
