Dagher, UMaine Recognized for Offshore Wind Technology Work

Offshore Wind Wire, which tracks stories about wind energy, named University of Maine, including the AEWC Advanced Structures and Composite Center director Habib Dagher, a world leader in deepwater floating turbine technology.
