The Associated Press reported U.S. Sen. Susan Collins will give the Margaret Chase Smith Public Affairs Lecture at the University of Maine on March 31. Collins’ address, “Incivility and Hyperpartisanship: Is Washington a Symptom or the Cause?” begins at 3:30 p.m. in the Collins Center for the Arts.
