WABI reports on robotic milking barn at UMaine’s Witter Farm
WABI (CBS 5 in Bangor) reported on the ongoing construction of Maine’s third robotic milking barn, which is being built at the University of Maine’s Witter Farm, part of the J. Franklin Witter Teaching and Research Center in Old Town. Planned to be completed by spring 2025, the robotic milking system will help UMaine students who work at the farm and will provide the cows with a consistent and convenient milking schedule.
