Cook Political Report founder to deliver 2024 election outlook at UMaine

University of Maine’s Cohen Institute is hosting a 2024 election outlook lecture featuring Charlie Cook, founder of the Cook Political Report, at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, in room 100 of the D.P. Corbett Business Building.
