Walker interviewed about sustainable packaging on Fox 22
WFVX (Fox 22 in Bangor) interviewed University of Maine Process Development Center Director Colleen Walker for a recurring segment that features University of Maine leaders and experts every other week on Friday evenings. Walker discussed innovation, sustainability and how the development center is facilitating both. An ongoing focus of the center, she said, is creating a more sustainable packaging material to combat plastics pollution, and she brought items to the show that the center is working on as possible solutions.
