Mechanical Engineering Technology

The team has cut the foam and glassed the struts and attempted doing the same  for the main wing but ran into troubles getting a proper seal. Work on the third interim report has continued and will be complete by Wednesday. We are still working on figuring out the proper length and radius for the spring as well as the chassis arm. All the aluminum parts were cut and shaped to length but there is still some minor adjustments to make. The team hopes to have the main wing and spring shaped and glassed as well as start the build process throughout the week. Spring break is next week so the team is not expecting to make substantial progress.
