Amanda Lozier
Role: Amanda Lozier is the Director of Web and Print Content Strategy for the Division of Marketing and Communications. Lozier spearheads UMaine’s online news and email marketing communication efforts, including weekday news postings, management of homepage content, and counsels on implementation and best practices for members of the UMaine community. She also conceptualizes, designs and implements institutionally significant website projects in collaboration with the Digital Communications team. She is responsible for proofreading and editing print and online content.
Bio: Lozier is a fourth-generation University of Maine employee and has worked at the university since 2009, when she began working at Printing and Mailing Services as a typesetter. She joined the Division of Marketing and Communications in July 2012. An Old Town native, she graduated from UMaine with a bachelor’s degree in new media.
