We recommend uploading all video to YouTube for two reasons.

YouTube videos can be easily integrated with your WordPress website—simply copy the URL to your YouTube video and paste it into the body of a post or page, and WordPress will automatically embed a player for you:

In addition, YouTube offers captioning of video. Simply upload a plain text transcript to YouTube under the Captions and Subtitles area and it will automatically match up the video with the transcript.
