“Day at the Beach” Event for Children with Disabilities and their Parents

Event Flyer with information, sandcastle drawingCommunity Event hosted by the Courageous Steps “Step Forward” initiative for children with developmental challenges (e.g., Autism, Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, etc.) and their parents or guardians. Volunteers will be on hand to assist the children with fun activities and games while parents have the option of participating in a guided discussion.

The Courageous Steps Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives to help children and young adults with developmental challenges. The “Step Forward” initiative supports children in grades 4-12 who struggle with developmental challenges. We are able to do this through collaborative efforts, donations, and volunteer support.
