The Flutie 5K is returning to Pine Tree Camp for 2023! Join us to run, walk, or roll on Saturday, October 21st at this fun, family-friendly, and fully-accessible trail race at beautiful Pine Tree Camp in Central Maine. Together with our sponsors and donors, this year’s Flutie 5K will once again make a difference in the Maine autism community!
You’ve never run, walked or rolled through a setting quite like Pine Tree Camp. The entire campus is fully accessible and designed for Maine children and adults with disabilities to experience barrier-free access to the outdoors and leave behind the confines of their disability to actively participate in all the activities for which Maine is famous – kayaking, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and snow shoeing – experiencing freedom and independence like never before.
The route takes runners, walkers and rollers on fully accessible nature trails through the woods, along the waterfront and around many special places where overnight summer camp memories have been made since 1945. It’s Maine like you’ve never seen it before!
