Richard Rubin is the author of four books, two of which are about America and World War I: The Last of the Doughboys, and Back Over There. He has written for The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The New York Times Magazine, and Smithsonian, among others, and is a frequent contributor to the New York Times’ Travel section. His talk will begin at 5:30 p.m. following a reception from 5:00 – 5:30 p.m. in the McIntire Room of the Buchanan Alumni House.
