Please complete the following form to share information about your event and request support with developing promotion materials. Your event will be included on the Maine Impact Week website and promotional materials. Events submitted after March 15 may not be included in promotional materials.
UMaine Research offers an event planning guide that outlines what information is needed to promote an event to the public. The guide also links to additional templates to help you host your event.

Maine Impact Week showcases how Maine’s research university contributes to the social and economic advancement of Maine and beyond.
The campus-wide effort features events hosted by groups from UMaine’s community, culminating with the UMaine Student Symposium. Maine Impact Week is led by the Office of the Vice President for Research and the Dean of the Graduate School.
