Update

UMaine will be in storm day operation until 5 a.m. Thursday, March 15. As defined in the university’s inclement weather policy, only employees designated as essential to storm day staffing plans are expected to report to work during this period.

Fogler Library and New Balance Student Recreation Center are closed during this period.

The Wednesday, March 14 event at 7 p.m. at the Collins Center will go on as scheduled.

UMaine snow removal efforts will be ongoing throughout the day. Members of the university community are asked to refrain from coming to campus unless absolutely necessary. If you are uncertain if a scheduled UMaine activity is occurring, please call the contact number for that particular event.
