UMaine will be in storm day operation from noon Tuesday, March 13 to noon Wednesday, March 14. As defined in the university’s inclement weather policy, only employees designated as essential to storm day staffing plans are expected to report to work during this period.

Fogler Library and New Balance Student Recreation Center will be closed during this period. The Bear’s Den will be open until 1 p.m. today.

UMaine snow removal efforts will be ongoing throughout the storm. Members of the university community are asked to refrain from coming to campus unless absolutely necessary. If you are uncertain if a scheduled UMaine activity is occurring, please call the contact number for that particular event.
