Matthew Hodgkin

Matthew Hodgkin works with companies around Maine for market research, networking, and in using Innovation Engineering. He has a master’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine. Matthew’s undergraduate degree was in Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-veterinary Studies, he also acquired a minor in Innovation Engineering. Matthew came from a small town in Connecticut and is a co-founder in the company Lobster Unlimited, LLC, which utilizes lobster processing waste to create useful products.
