As the team organizer, she ensures that the team stays focused on getting things done in a timely manner. As the team counselor, she maintains a psychologically safe environment for all team members to work together. The skills that she has developed and will bring to the team include organization skill, keeping a record of every step in the device development process, device component assembly, a little bit of programming, and Mathematical calculation and Statistical analysis.
