Mobility
Staying active and getting around safely is a priority as people age. The goal of “Mobility” is to empower older adults to talk to their healthcare providers about how to move around safely in their home and to identify what is working well and what is not working. Improvements in strength, flexibility, and balance will also improve safety, as will checking the home for safety hazards, such as loose objects that can cause tripping.
