UMaine political scientist Mark Brewer was interviewed by the Maine Public Broadcasting Network as part of a profile of State Treasurer Bruce Poliquin, who is running for the Republican nomination for the seat being vacated by retiring long-time U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe. Brewer cited the controversy over Poliquin’s personal business activities as a possible snag for some Tea Party politicians.
