Friday’s Brunswick Times-Record included an editorial calling for a greater state investment in research and development, expressing support for the three R&D-related bond proposals currently under consideration by the Maine Legislature.  The editorial makes reference to UMaine’s leadership in the state’s innovation economy, specifically in forest bioproducts and composite materials.
