Madeline Blair
Madeline Blair graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a concentration in Transportation Engineering. In her research, Madeline studied strategies used for calibrating the Highway Safety Manual prediction models and evaluated the use of diffident functional forms in developing calibration functions. She is currently employed at Tighe & Bond in Massachusetts within their Transportation Group.
