Abdur Rehman Tariq
Abdur Rehman Tariq (Amman) is a 3rd year Ph.D. student and a graduate assistant working with the Literacy Education program in the College of Education and Human Development. His research interests include TESOL, Linguicism, and Post-Colonial Discourse. He is a TESOL-certified instructor from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. He has also served as a Fulbright Foreign Language Instructor at the Department of Modern Languages at the University of Maine (UMaine). Before coming to UMaine, Amman was an English teacher in Pakistan and earned his M.S. in Applied Linguistics from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
