Watershed: Niangua River (Bennett Spring)
Research sites:
Site 1: Bennett Spring, 37°42’59.6″N 92°51’24.2″W. Bennett Spring flows into the Niangua River. The spring averages 100 million gallons (380,000 m3) of daily flow. The park offers fly fishing, camping, canoeing, hiking, and other activities.
Site 2: Niangua River Boat Ramp above spring branch. 37°44’01.4″N 92°51’40.7″W. Access is above the location where the spring dumps into the Niangua River.
Site 3: Niangua River below spring branch inflow. 37°44’03.1″N 92°51’39.2″W. Sample site is downstream of where the spring branch flows into the Niangua River.
