Class of 2024,

On behalf of the College of Education and Human Development’s faculty and staff, congratulations on everything you have accomplished at the University of Maine and up to this point in your lives!

Whether you are just embarking on careers as teachers, social workers, outdoor leaders, athletic trainers and more, or you came back to school to earn another degree and improve your professional practice, I hope that you will remember these years fondly. College should be a time of growth, where you can develop the skills and knowledge needed to navigate your personal journey, wherever it takes you. It takes courage and resilience to graduate from college, just like it will take courage and resilience to take the next steps along your path.

As you set a course for your next adventure, remember that we here at the UMaine College of Education and Human Development are cheering for your success and will do anything we can to support you.
