Whether you’re a student completing an internship, or a transfer student new to the University of Maine, our Intern Housing offers flexible, affordable accommodations.

Spend your summer with us in the Doris Twitchell Allen Village’s furnished suites. These apartments house 5-6 guests per suite in double occupancy bedrooms.

Summer Intern Housing

Live in Doris Twitchell-Allen Hall, often referred to as “DTAV” in furnished suite-style living.

Double Room (shared with one roommate)	$154/week	$22/day
Double Single Room	$224/week	$32/day

Included in your weekly rent:

Bedrooms with extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair
Kitchen contains microwave, stove cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer
Secure access with keycard
Shared bathroom
Common area offers living room furniture, kitchen table, and chairs
All utilities included, plus free laundry and Wi-Fi
Single rooms are available for students with documented medical accommodation needs.

Age 18 or older
Show a valid government-issued ID (if requested)
Show proof of internship or department working for
