Collins Center for the Arts

The CCA offers live shows, musicals, stand-up comedy, broadcasts and a variety of other performances. The CCA supports youth development and involvement as well as supports LGBTQ+ youth through drop-in services for mental health and support for domestic violence survivors.

The Hudson Museum features in support of Maine Native American Studies and allows for easy access to such history and materials for all.

Wells Central

Wells Central Dining facility, a retail spot including Central Pub, Sal’s Pizza, and the eat>NOW at UMaine autonomous store. Central Pub has a pool table and hosts open mic nights every Sunday from 7-10pm, karaoke every Tuesday night from 7-10pm, and bingo every Wednesday night from 8-10pm. Monthly local tap takeovers and live music events.

Biohome 3D – Advanced Structures & Composites Center

UMaine offers affordable housing, made of recycled materials and through 3D printing creating an innovative and unique approach to the housing crisis. The Demerritt Forest Recreational Trails offers 13,000 acres of forestlands available to all for non-motorized recreation. Through all seasons visitors can explore and exercise on these trails and enjoy the wonders of Maine’s Dwight B. DeMeritt Forest.

The Cutler Health Center is located right on the Orono campus offering care for all from various acute injuries, illnesses, labs, shots, exams and physical therapy is also offered here as well.

Ferland Engineering Building

The Ferland Engineering Building offers space for students of multidisciplinary backgrounds on campus. Here you’ll have access to 48 workbenches tailored for work in biomedical, electronics, 3D printing, vehicles, metals, wood and composites. Access to twelve meeting rooms, six active learning classrooms, hands on teaching labs and two student commons one on each floor.

Fogler Library

The Raymond H. Fogler Library houses nearly 1 million volumes and 4 million periodicals. Offering a quiet study space available for all students, faculty and staff. Innovative Medium Research and Commercialization (IMRC) Center

The IMRC is rooted in exploration and research along with experimental research in support of Maine Technology Institute and the Master of Fine Arts. Offering 3D & 2D printing, recording, editing and video production assistance. Also, offering multifunctional spaces with max capacity of 125 people, various focused classrooms, seminar, conferences rooms and a kitchenette.

Darling Marine Center (Walpole, Maine)

The DMC offers a coastal and marine field station along the Damariscotta River Estuary, also offering Aquaculture boot camp, focused on learning about sea life and offering internships in Ecology and Biogeochemistry along with a variety of other internships. Offering classroom and meeting spaces.
