Collins Center for the Arts

Wells Central
Wells Central Dining facility, a retail spot including Central Pub, Sal’s Pizza, and the eat>NOW at UMaine autonomous store. Central Pub has a pool table and hosts open mic nights every Sunday from 7-10pm, karaoke every Tuesday night from 7-10pm, and bingo every Wednesday night from 8-10pm. Monthly local tap takeovers and live music events.

Biohome 3D – Advanced Structures & Composites Center
UMaine offers affordable housing, made of recycled materials and through 3D printing creating an innovative and unique approach to the housing crisis. The Ferland Engineering Building offers space for students of multidisciplinary backgrounds on campus. Here you’ll have access to 48 workbenches tailored for work in biomedical, electronics, 3D printing, vehicles, metals, wood and composites. Access to twelve meeting rooms, six active learning classrooms, hands on teaching labs and two student commons one on each floor.

The IMRC is rooted in exploration and research along with experimental research in support of Maine Technology Institute and the Master of Fine Arts. Offering 3D & 2D printing, recording, editing and video production assistance.
