- Exploring the differences between motivated and engaged team members
- Learning the 10 Basic Principles of Motivation
- Connecting team members’ core values to their work responsibilities
- Finding the root causes of low motivation
- Supporting employees by meeting their unique needs
Those who have previously attended Leadership: Empowering Delegation should select the Day 2 session only.
