Kyle L. Parker, ’99 graduated from the University of Maine with a BA in Political Science. Kyle is currently Senior Professional Staff at the Committee on Foreign Affairs at the U.S. House of Representatives. He previously served as a Policy Advisor for Eurasia at the Commission on Security and Cooperation (CSCE). After UMaine, Kyle spent eight years at
