Package Pick Up

You may receive an email from a vendor like Amazon, or shipper (UPS, FedEx or USPS) that your package has been delivered. It may have been delivered to our campus, but it can take additional time to be processed by the Package and Postal Center staff.

  • For security purposes, packages and large pieces of mail are held for student pick up at The Package & Postal Center in the University Bookstore
  • Wait until you receive an email notification from The Package & Postal Center before picking up a package
    • Please add um.yougotapackage@maine.edu to your contact list to prevent it from going to your spam folder
  • Bring a valid form of photo identification (MaineCard or driver’s license)
