Proposals

The goal of the Pre-Award team is to offer the highest level of customer service and research administration expertise to the university community and external sponsors.  Our team reviews proposals to Federal and State government, industry, foundations, and other non-profit organizations by providing:

• aid in interpreting application guidelines and sponsor requirements
• proposal review, ensuring budgets and proposal content are in compliance with sponsor and University requirements
• review of subrecipient documentation, making subrecipient/contractor determination
• verification of PARS submission, that it is accurate and complete
• institutional approval for all proposal submissions
• managing electronic application submission processes
