Dr. Leslie teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in coastal ecology, conservation science, social-ecological systems, science communication and engaged research, and marine ecosystem-based management.
In the Fall semester, she teaches an online graduate course introducing students to the diversity of ways we understand and assess marine systems. This course is designed for first and second year graduate students and professionals in the marine, environmental and sustainability sciences, and you can learn more about the Intro to Marine Systems class here..
In the Spring semester, she teaches an undergraduate field course, Biodiversity & Conservation, as part of Semester by the Sea at the UMaine Darling Marine Center.
